They click a learn more button, which takes them to one of our contact forms. Once the contact form is completed, the lead is generated and delivered directly to you in real-time.

To provide adequate volume and a lightening fast turnaround time, our leads are only available statewide.

All leads generated are verified for accurate contact info and TCPA compliant. Each lead has opted-in and provided consent to be contacted by you.

We process orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to setup each campaign as soon as possible. However, external factors, like Facebook and Google’s approval process may occasionally delay activation.

Please expect a secondary email within 24-hours containing a link to access your Google Spreadsheet where your leads will be instantly delivered. Leads typically start arriving within 1-2 business days and are typically all delivered within 2-3 business days on average.

To enable instant email notifications for your lead delivery:

1. On your desktop computer, open the Google Sheets we’ve sent you.
2. At the top, click Tools > Notification Settings > Edit Notifications.
3. In the window that appears, select “when” you want to receive notifications. Select to notify you when “Any changes are made”.
4. In the window that appears, select “how often” you want to receive notifications. Select to notify you with “Email – right away.”
5. Click Save.

Utilize various methods such as voicemails, texts, and emails to establish rapport. While they may not respond immediately, demonstrating value and positioning yourself as a resource can yield success over time.

Leads may be submitted for a replacement for the following reasons:

• Both phone number AND email is unreachable (disconnected phone/bounced email)
• Lead is not in the requested State
• Lead does not speak English
• Lead used fictitious name (Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, etc)
• Lead is over the age of 85
